Meat boats in the pan: simple, satisfying and tasty

Easy-to-prepare juicy, hearty meaty boats will be a full-fledged lunch or dinner for the whole family. Prepare them easy for spontaneous gatherings. Even the oven does not have to include, and the guests will definitely be full and satisfied.

For the test:

  • flour - 200 g
  • boiling water - 100 ml
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Mix the flour and salt, and then pour in boiling water and quickly mix everything. Add vegetable oil and continue to knead until the dough is taken lumpy.

We continue to knead on the table for another 5 minutes. At the exit we get a soft, elastic, non-sticky dough. We place it in a plastic bag for 20 minutes and proceed to the preparation of the filling.

For filling:

  • minced meat - 400 g
  • zucchini - 150 g
  • spring onions and parsley - on a small bunch
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Prepare the stuffing, chop the greens, rub the zucchini on a coarse grater.

Combine minced meat with zucchini and herbs, salt and pepper to taste and knead well.

Roll out the dough in a thin layer and divide it into pieces.

Ready boats shift to the heated pan with vegetable oil.

Leave on medium heat until the dough is browned from below.

Fill the pan with water so that the boats are covered to the middle. Cover with a lid, reduce the fire and leave for 15 minutes.
