Yeast dough for lazy people: 15 minutes - and you're done

You do not like messing with yeast dough? Yes, you just do not know that there is a unique recipe that allows you to cook it in 15 minutes. The beauty of this test is that it turns out for everyone and always. There are additional bonuses: this dough does not peroxide, it can be stored for up to several days and frozen.

To prepare you need:

  • 11 g dry yeast (small bag);
  • 500 ml of warm milk;
  • 5 glasses of wheat flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 1/2 tsp salts;
  • 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil.

Pour into a container 4 cups of flour and yeast, and then gradually pour in warm milk, add salt, sugar, butter and mix. Gradually stir the remaining glass of flour. On this concern with the preparation of yeast dough is over.

It remains only to put it in a plastic bag and send it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It is after this time that the dough is considered ready.
